1. Introduction

Welcome to Nubbu.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Nubbu mobile application, our website, Events & Experiences, paid services, digital features and any other products or services provided by Nubbu.

By creating an account, accessing or using Nubbu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Nubbu or any of its services.

2. Who We Are

Nubbu is a service provided under the Nubbu brand.

3. What is Nubbu?

Nubbu is a social platform designed to help people build meaningful real-life connections through social discovery, dating, friendships, Events & Experiences.

Nubbu combines technology, community and carefully curated real-world experiences. Our platform allows members to discover people, connect with others, attend events, receive invitations, access premium features and enjoy other services available within the Nubbu ecosystem.

While Nubbu aims to facilitate genuine connections, we do not guarantee that you will meet any particular person, receive Matches, build friendships, start a relationship, attend a specific event or achieve any particular outcome by using the platform.

4. Eligibility

To use Nubbu, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Use a genuine personal account.
• Provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information.
• Comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
• Treat other members respectfully, both within and outside the platform.

You may not use Nubbu if:

• You are under 18 years of age.
• You have previously been permanently removed from Nubbu.
• You create or use a fake or misleading profile.
• You use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, commercial or unlawful purposes.
• You attempt to interfere with, manipulate or damage the platform or its community.

Nubbu reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently remove any account that does not comply with these requirements.

5. Your Account

To access Nubbu, you must create an account and complete the registration process.

We may request information such as your phone number, email address, name, date of birth, city, photographs, preferences and other information necessary to create your profile and provide our services.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date, and for maintaining the security of your account and device.

You may not transfer, sell, rent or share your account with another person.

Each account must belong to a single real individual. Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, automated accounts or accounts created to mislead other users are not permitted.

6. A Curated Community

Nubbu is designed as a curated community.

Access to certain features, cities, Events & Experiences or other services may be subject to review, invitations, Waitlist, Direct Pass or other admission processes.

Submitting an application, joining the Waitlist, receiving an invitation or accessing Nubbu through Direct Pass does not guarantee permanent access to the platform or to all of its features.

To help maintain the quality, safety and integrity of the community, Nubbu reserves the right to review, approve, decline, suspend or restrict access whenever reasonably necessary.

We may also limit access to certain cities, features or events due to capacity, availability, operational requirements, security considerations or launch phases.

7. Waitlist, Direct Pass & Invite Friends

Nubbu may offer different ways to access the community, including Waitlist, Direct Pass, member invitations, promotional campaigns and early access programmes.

7.1 Waitlist

Joining the Waitlist allows Nubbu to review your application for possible access to the platform.

Participation in the Waitlist does not create any contractual right to join Nubbu and does not guarantee approval.

7.2 Direct Pass

Direct Pass is an invitation system that may allow certain users to receive priority access to Nubbu.

Receiving or using a Direct Pass does not guarantee permanent membership if a user violates these Terms, provides false information or behaves in a way that conflicts with our Community Guidelines.

7.3 Invite Friends

Nubbu may allow eligible members to invite other people to join the community.

Invitations may be limited, personal, non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

Invited users may receive priority review, but Nubbu does not guarantee final approval.

Nubbu reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any invitation programme at any time.

8. Community Standards

Nubbu exists to create a respectful, safe and authentic community.

By using Nubbu, you agree to treat other members respectfully, both within the platform and during any Events & Experiences connected with Nubbu.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten or intimidate other users.
• Send unsolicited sexual content.
• Use abusive, discriminatory, hateful or offensive language.
• Impersonate another person.
• Create fake or misleading profiles.
• Use photographs that do not genuinely represent you.
• Share another person’s private information without permission.
• Send spam or unauthorised commercial communications.
• Manipulate the platform or its features.
• Use Nubbu for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Behave inappropriately during Events & Experiences.
• Endanger the safety, privacy or wellbeing of other members.

Nubbu may review reports, activity, profiles or other relevant information where necessary to protect the community.

Depending on the circumstances, we may issue warnings, restrict certain features, suspend accounts or permanently remove users from the platform.

9. People, Dating & Friends

Nubbu allows members to discover people with different intentions, including Dating and Friends.

You are responsible for configuring your own preferences and using each feature honestly and respectfully.

If you no longer wish to appear in People, you may disable both Dating and Friends from your Filters.

Doing so will remove your profile from the People discovery experience while allowing you to continue accessing other available features, such as Events & Experiences, provided your account remains active and complies with these Terms.

Nubbu does not guarantee Matches, conversations, friendships, relationships or any particular outcome resulting from your use of People, Dating or Friends.

10. Events & Experiences

Nubbu allows members to discover, book and attend Events & Experiences organised by Nubbu or by trusted third-party organisers.

The availability of each event depends on factors such as location, capacity, scheduling and the organiser’s specific conditions.

Some Events & Experiences may require advance booking, ticket purchase, invitations or participation in a waiting list.

Additional terms may apply to specific Events & Experiences and will complement these Terms of Service where applicable.

10.1 Attending Events

By attending an Event or Experience promoted through Nubbu, you agree to behave respectfully towards other attendees, organisers and venue staff.

Nubbu or the event organiser may refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate or inconsistent with these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

This may apply even if the attendee holds a valid ticket.

10.2 Third-Party Events

Some Events & Experiences available through Nubbu may be organised by independent third parties.

In these cases, Nubbu acts solely as a platform that enables members to discover or access those events.

The organiser remains solely responsible for the organisation, operation, content, scheduling, modifications, cancellations and overall management of the event.

11. Tickets, Bookings & Payments

Certain Nubbu services may require payment, including subscriptions, event tickets or digital products.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party providers, including Apple App Store, Google Play or other payment service providers.

Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the applicable price and any relevant purchase information.

Once your purchase has been successfully completed, you will receive confirmation through the corresponding payment platform.

12. Subscriptions

Nubbu may offer different subscription plans providing access to premium features and benefits.

Subscription features, pricing, duration and availability may change over time.

Where applicable, subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play must be managed directly through your Apple or Google account.

Nubbu does not control the billing, renewal or refund policies of these platforms.

13. In-App Purchases

Nubbu may offer digital products available for individual purchase, including but not limited to:

• Super Likes.
• Compliments.
• Boosts.
• Promotional bundles.
• Premium features.
• Other digital products or services.

Availability, pricing and promotional offers may vary over time.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, digital purchases are non-refundable once they have been redeemed or used.

14. Rewards, Promotions & Early Access

From time to time, Nubbu may offer rewards, promotional campaigns, referral programmes, Early Access initiatives or other incentives.

These may include, among others:

• Complimentary subscription periods.
• Premium features.
• Super Likes.
• Compliments.
• Boosts.
• Priority access.
• Invitations.
• Promotional rewards.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these benefits:

• Are personal.
• Are non-transferable.
• Have no cash value.
• May be subject to expiry dates.
• May be subject to additional conditions.

Nubbu reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any reward programme, promotion or incentive at any time, subject to applicable law.

15. Invite Friends

Eligible members may be invited to participate in Nubbu’s Invite Friends programme.

Invitations are personal, limited and intended solely for genuine invitations to friends or people you know.

Invited users may receive priority review or promotional benefits where applicable.

However, every invited user remains subject to Nubbu’s admission and review process.

Any rewards associated with Invite Friends may change over time and will always be subject to the conditions applicable at the time they are granted.

16. Acceptable Use

To protect the platform and its community, you agree not to:

• Use automated systems, bots or scripts.
• Attempt to manipulate the platform or its features.
• Access information belonging to other users without authorisation.
• Collect data through scraping or similar techniques.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• Interfere with the security or operation of Nubbu.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the platform for purposes other than those intended.

We reserve the right to take any reasonable measures necessary to protect the integrity, security and proper functioning of Nubbu.

17. Account Suspension & Termination

Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful and authentic community for all members.

For this reason, Nubbu may temporarily suspend, restrict certain features or permanently terminate an account where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines or any other applicable policies.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Abusive or disrespectful behaviour.
• Harassment or intimidation.
• Fake or misleading profiles.
• Identity impersonation.
• Spam or unauthorised commercial activity.
• Fraudulent use of the platform.
• Repeated violations of our policies.
• Any behaviour that may compromise the safety, integrity or experience of the Nubbu community.

Where appropriate, we may review reports, account activity or other relevant information before taking action.

Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a warning, temporarily suspend an account, restrict certain features or permanently remove a user from Nubbu.

18. Deleting Your Account

If you no longer wish to use Nubbu’s people discovery features, you do not need to delete your account.

You can simply stop appearing in People by disabling both Dating and Friends in your Filters. This will remove your profile from the discovery experience while allowing you to remain part of the Nubbu community and continue accessing available features such as Events & Experiences, provided your account remains active and complies with these Terms.

If you decide to delete your account:

• Your profile will immediately become invisible to other members.
• A 30-day recovery period will begin.
• During this period, you may request to restore your account.
• Once the recovery period has expired, your account and associated personal information will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you wish to return to Nubbu in the future, you will need to create a new account and your access will once again be subject to the admission process in place at that time.

19. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to Nubbu belong to Nubbu or its licensors.

This includes, among other things:

• The Nubbu name and trademarks.
• Logos.
• Software.
• Source code.
• User interface.
• Visual identity.
• Graphic design.
• Text.
• Images.
• Illustrations.
• Photography.
• Videos.
• Animations.
• Original music.
• Nubbu playlists.
• Editorial content.
• Documentation.
• Promotional materials.
• Original creative concepts.
• Event and experience formats, where protected under applicable law.
• Any other original content created by or for Nubbu.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over Nubbu’s intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or otherwise use any part of Nubbu without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

20. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Nubbu available and continuously improve our services.

However, we may temporarily interrupt, modify or suspend certain features due to maintenance, updates, security reasons, operational requirements or the continued development of the platform.

We may also introduce new features, modify existing ones or discontinue services where reasonably necessary.

21. Disclaimer

Nubbu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

While we strive to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous or uninterrupted availability.
• Error-free operation.
• That you will receive Matches.
• That you will make friends or begin a relationship.
• That any particular Event or Experience will take place.
• That other users will behave in accordance with your expectations.
• That using Nubbu will produce any specific outcome.

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, interactions and relationships, both on and off the platform.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nubbu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or relating to:

• Interactions between users.
• The conduct of other members.
• Events organised by independent third parties.
• Cancellations, delays or changes outside Nubbu’s reasonable control.
• Personal decisions made by users.
• Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

23. Community Safety

At Nubbu, we believe that building a great community is a shared responsibility.

We encourage all members to use our reporting, blocking and support tools whenever they encounter behaviour that is inappropriate or inconsistent with our Community Guidelines.

We review reports carefully and take reasonable action to help protect the safety, respect and authenticity of our community.

Our goal is to create an environment where people can build genuine real-life connections with confidence.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, applicable laws or the continued evolution of Nubbu.

Where the changes are significant, we may notify you through the Nubbu app, our website or other appropriate communication channels.

Continued use of Nubbu after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

26. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Nubbu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
