Before deleting your account you can simply stop appearing in People while continuing to enjoy Events & Experiences.

Yes.

After requesting account deletion you’ll have 30 days to restore your account.

Once this period has passed, your account and personal information will be permanently deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

People is where you discover other members based on your preferences.

You decide whether you’re interested in Dating, Friends, or both.

Dating helps you meet people looking for romantic connections.

Friends helps you meet new people for friendship, activities and shared experiences.

You can enable one option or both.

Please check the following:

• Dating or Friends is enabled.
• Your city is available.
• Your filters are not too restrictive.

If everything looks correct and the issue continues, please contact Nubbu Support.

When two members like each other, a Match is created and you can start chatting.

A Super Like lets someone know you’re especially interested in connecting with them.

Use it whenever you really want to stand out.

A Compliment lets you send a personalised message before matching.

It’s a great way to make a genuine first impression.

Boost temporarily increases your profile visibility, helping more members discover you.

Yes.

Simply disable both Dating and Friends in your Filters.

You’ll stop appearing in People while remaining part of the Nubbu community.

You can continue enjoying Events & Experiences, and if you have a paid plan you’ll continue receiving any event-related benefits included in your subscription.

Absolutely.

If you’re not interested in Dating or Friends, simply disable both options from your Filters.

You’ll continue enjoying Events & Experiences, booking tickets, discovering new activities and remaining part of the community.

Nubbu lets you use Dating, Friends, both, or simply Events & Experiences.

You decide how you’d like to use the app.

Yes.

You can enable either option again at any time from your Filters and you’ll immediately start appearing in People.

Profiles with more information and better photos create stronger recommendations and more meaningful connections.

A complete profile also contributes to a higher-quality community.

Photos may be rejected if they don’t comply with our Community Guidelines or Photo Guidelines.

Examples include:

• Low-quality photos.
• Photos where you can’t be identified.
• Inappropriate content.
• Images that don’t represent you.

Your City is your primary Discover city.

It is the city where you’ll normally discover people and where people discover you.

Cities to Connect let you choose additional cities where you’d like to meet people.

They’re perfect if you’re planning to travel, relocate, or regularly visit another city.

Simply choose the cities you’re interested in and Nubbu will include them in your discovery experience whenever available.

Your City is your main Discover city.

Cities to Connect are additional cities where you’d also like to meet new people without changing your primary city.

Nubbu is expanding city by city.

Only cities marked as Available or Upcoming can currently be selected.

As the community grows, more cities will gradually become available.

An Upcoming city is a city that Nubbu is preparing to launch.

You can already select it and be among the first members ready when it officially opens.

Yes.

You can join Nubbu by selecting one of the available or upcoming cities.

We’ll notify you when your city becomes available.

Travel Mode lets you temporarily appear in another city while keeping your main city active.

Unlike many apps, Travel Mode doesn’t replace your primary city.

It simply adds another city where people can discover you while you’re travelling or planning your next destination.

Travel Mode is available with eligible Premium plans.

Browse upcoming events, reserve your place and enjoy real-life experiences with the Nubbu community.

Every event includes the location, date, time and everything you need before attending.

Absolutely.

Many members use Nubbu only for Events & Experiences.

Simply disable Dating and Friends from your Filters.

Events are global.

By default, Nubbu lets you discover events from every available city.

You can filter them at any time.

Use the filters on the Events page to display one city or multiple cities.

Your City only affects People.

Events work independently and have their own filters.

Some Events & Experiences are free.

Others require a reservation or ticket purchase.

The event page will always show what’s required before you join.

Open the event page and follow the booking process.

If a ticket is required, you’ll be guided through the purchase before your booking is confirmed.

Your ticket will automatically appear inside My Tickets.

There you’ll find your booking details, QR code and everything you need before attending the event.

Open the My Tickets section to see all your upcoming events, bookings and QR codes.

Yes.

Simply tap Save to add an event to your saved list and access it later whenever you like.

Present your QR code at the entrance if the event requires check-in.

Our team will scan your ticket and complete your check-in.

Some events offer a waiting list.

If places become available, we’ll notify you whenever possible.

Each event may have different cancellation or refund conditions, depending on the organiser.

Please review the event details before purchasing your ticket.

Every plan unlocks different premium features and exclusive benefits.

Visit the Plans section to compare them and choose the experience that suits you best.

Open your Profile, go to Plans and choose the subscription you’d like to activate.

Yes.

Your subscription belongs to your Nubbu account, not to a specific city.

You’ll enjoy your benefits in every city where Nubbu is available.

If you upgrade, your new benefits become available immediately.

If you downgrade, premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Yes.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play can be managed directly from your Apple or Google account.

Renewals, cancellations and billing are handled by the platform where your subscription was purchased.

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once redeemed, unless otherwise required by applicable law or by the policies of the relevant app store.

Your subscription remains active and you’ll continue enjoying all the benefits included in your plan, including premium Events & Experiences benefits.

Open the member’s profile or chat and tap Report.

Every report is carefully reviewed by our moderation team.

Depending on the situation we may issue a warning, temporarily suspend an account or permanently remove a member who violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

Once blocked, neither of you will be able to see each other’s profiles or contact each other through Nubbu unless you later unblock them.

Accounts may be suspended if they violate our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

Only members matching your preferences, filters and location settings can discover your profile.

Yes.

Simply disable Dating and Friends in your Filters.

Invite people you know using your personal invitation link.

Eligible users may receive priority access and other promotional benefits depending on the current programme.

Direct Pass provides eligible users with direct access to Nubbu through an approved Ambassador or member of the Nubbu team.

Invite Friends is intended for genuine personal invitations.

Abuse of the invitation system may result in the feature being restricted.

Make sure notifications are enabled both on your device and inside the Nubbu app.
